This role is perfect for candidates with experience as a Parts Advisor, Automotive Parts Specialist, Motor Trade Parts Consultant, Aftersales Advisor, or Dealership Parts Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
* Handle daily parts enquiries from workshop technicians and retail customers
* Source and order automotive parts from OEM and aftermarket suppliers
* Maintain accurate stock control and inventory management
* Process invoices, purchase orders, and parts returns
* Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and trade customers
* Ensure efficient parts distribution to support workshop productivity
* Deliver exceptional customer service in a premium environment
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade
* Strong knowledge of automotive parts and supplier networks
* Experience using dealer management systems (DMS) preferred
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced workshop
* Full UK driving licence preferred
