We are seeking a dedicated Guest Service Manager (F&B Supervisor) for our ibis Styles Birmingham NEC and Airport. This full-time role involves overseeing the F&B team, serving guests, and supporting operational duties to ensure a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities include:
* Leading and supporting the F&B team on shift
* Serving and welcoming guests
* Taking orders and supporting team members
* Driving revenue opportunities
* Performing Duty Management
* Stock ordering and rota planning
* Supporting other operational areas such as Reception
The ideal candidate will have approximately two years of front-of-house supervisory experience in a hotel or high-street restaurant. A friendly demeanor, efficiency, reliability, and leadership skills are essential. Applicants must be 18 years or older due to serving alcohol.
