This is a role for experienced professionals operating at the intersection of sales, strategy and delivery.
You will own strategic accounts, lead complex workforce engagements and partner with clients on long term talent strategy, supported by Experis' global solutions platform.
Your market:
We're looking for a recruiter with a strong track record in the Embedded Software market to join our Defence practice. You'll work closely with defence primes, high-growth scale-ups and specialist consultancies, using your market knowledge and network to deliver talent into complex, high-impact programmes.
This is a chance to own a niche, high-value vertical and make it your own. You'll be confident with senior stakeholders, sharp in a competitive market, and genuinely engaged with the embedded landscape.
