As a Registered Nurse Nights, you will:
* Assess and supervise all aspects of client care needs.
* Administer prescribed medicines and document accurately.
* Maintain and review client care plans in collaboration with clients, relatives, and healthcare professionals.
* Supervise and guide junior staff, providing support and training.
* Communicate effectively with clients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team.
