Personal Assistant Treharris 14.50 PH
I am a 17 year old young boy with Autism and ADHD. I live in the Merthyr Vale area with my family. I'm looking for a personal assistant for 5 hours per week during term time. I spend a lot of time on screens, computer and phone, to have a break from this I would really like for someone to take me out in the community to have socialisation. I love animals, fishing, sports and keeping fit. I have no problem communicating and would like someone understanding and enthusiastic about the things we can do and places to visit.

* To access the local community and surrounding areas.
* Car driver
* Promote my independence.
Working Hours/Rate of pay
£14.50 and £0.40 pence per mile for any mileage
5 hours per week term time (39 weeks per annum).
Can be worked flexible
Type of person required
* Someone who is enthusiastic and fun to be around.
* Someone who has previous experience of working with children with additional needs and behavioural challenges.
* Full UK Driving licence – Essential
* Reliability is essential
* Someone who will encourage independence
Training is accessible if required for the job role
Additional Information
Successful applicants will be subject to a three month trial period
A DBS check will be required, this will be at no cost to yourself
