CRM Manager (Martech & Enablement) to support the Guardian's Supporter Growth strategy, with a focus on developing our Martech stack.
We operate in a hybrid environment working 3 days a week from our offices in Kings Cross and 2 days a week remotely.

About the Role
* You will empower the Supporter Growth team to be more efficient in their use of marketing tools and platforms, in order to drive results. This will involve:
* Scaling quality audience data
* Leveraging audience data to inform business decisions and enhance personalisation
* Supporting the delivery of impactful end-to-end multi-channel experiences
* Maintaining business processes and providing training and support
About You
* Proven experience in marketing, data and/or CRM
* Experience using campaign management tools (Braze preferred)
* Experience in audience management (Customer Data Platform experience a benefit)
