Strategy Education work closely with a selection of Secondary Schools across Hillingdon and surrounding North West London Boroughs that need cover supervisors to cover daily and short term contracts.\n\nIf you are a graduate, have had previous classroom experience, or worked as a HLTA/TA and want to work in a secondary school environment, this you could be the perfect role for you!\n\nDo you want to progress and gain experience working in Secondary Schools across London?\n\nDaily Supply offers flexibility to work when you want to work - so it's perfect if you don't want full time commitments, or if you want to work in a variety of schools each week.\n\nSpecific qualifications are not essential but you will require excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to effectively manage students in the classroom.\n\nCandidates must;\n\n• Have a passion for educating children\n\n• Understand the need for flexibility and adaptability\n\n• Have excellent classroom management skills\n\n• Interested and enjoy being in a school environment\n\nIn summary, the responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor include:\n\n•Supervising work that has been set\n\n•Managing the behaviour of pupils\n\n•Responding to questions from pupils\n\n•Assisting pupils to undertake activities set\n\n•Collecting completed work after lesson and returning it to the appropriate teacher\n\n•Reporting back as appropriate using the agreed referral procedures within the school\n\nStrategy Education can offer flexible working to suit your travel and location needs, dedicated consultants who work to meet your employment requirements and are available 24/7 !\n\n---------------------------------------------------\n\nThe successful candidates will be subject to a variety of checks including: eligibility to work in the UK, an enhanced DBS disclosure and full references including one from your most recent employer.
