Because we're committed to maintaining our fantastic work culture, we have to be very careful about who we hire. So here's what we'd like to see from you:
* Proven experience managing sites, installing kitchens, wardrobes and all kinds of interior joinery
* Confidence and the ability to install Joinery on your own if required
* A really good eye for detail and be willing to clean up afterward
* A clean full Driver's license.
* Must be based in Ashburton or willing to relocate to Ashburton
* Willing to travel (we currently have projects across Ashburton and Central Otago)
* Able to work unsupervised, run your own jobs and train apprentices.
* Honesty and trustworthy.
* Experience with both residential construction and maintenance work would help.
* Pride in your work and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch.
* Great people skills both with fellow workmates and customers.
