Join the Securitised Products (“SP”) European Business Management team that provides day-to-day operating leverage to the SP business, whilst simultaneously helping to shape and execute long-term strategic change, driven by commercial, regulatory, or control needs. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing key strategic programs and regulatory initiatives as required. You will work with various teams and stakeholders across the firm to propose and deliver solutions that streamline processes, strengthen controls, meet regulatory requirements, and manage new product development processes. Additionally, you will analyze MI sources to provide insights to the Business Head and senior managers, and assist in monitoring and forecasting key financial metrics (LBS, RWA, P&L, RoTE).
Essential skills:
