Job Title: Store Manager
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team. Your role will be pivotal in achieving our vision, inspiring your team, and providing expert advice to customers to ensure they find the ideal bed for their needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing all aspects of the retail store, including operations, finances, and brand standards.
2. Ensuring adequate staffing, resources, and products; driving sales; controlling costs; and safeguarding profits. Leading by example to meet sales targets, coaching your team, and motivating them towards business goals.
3. Utilizing our SleepPRO technology to guide customers in selecting the right mattress, enhancing their sleep quality, and building rapport through sleep wellness advice.
4. Guiding customers through the sales process, completing necessary paperwork, and credit agreements (full training provided).
We will support you with extensive product training, ongoing coaching, and continuous support, providing opportunities for success, career progression, and personal development.
In return, we offer:
* A competitive base salary plus uncapped monthly commission upon reaching minimum sales targets.
Our busiest periods include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays. You will be expected to work some of these hours but with a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
Due to the nature of our products, the role involves moving products and performing cleaning tasks to keep the store in optimal condition for customers.
