Pomegranate Travel is expanding! We are a leading DMC and tour operator specialising in thoughtful, deeply crafted travel experiences across the Middle East & North Africa. Our work is known for high-touch service, creativity, and journeys that feel both luxurious and meaningful.
We’re now seeking a talented Egypt & Jordan Account Manager to join our growing Egypt team and help us design, budget and operate exceptional tailor-made trips.
✨ What You’ll Do
* Design custom, high-end itineraries across Egypt and Jordan, aligned with client interests, travel style and budget
* Accurately budget and cost tours, maintaining strong financial tracking and margin awareness
* Liaise closely with suppliers, guides, hotels and on-the-ground teams
* Manage trip operations end-to-end: confirmations, documentation, last-minute problem solving
* Communicate warmly, professionally and promptly with clients and partners
* Maintain impeccable documentation and attention to detail across all files
💼 What We’re Looking For
* Essential: Strong experience in Egypt travel
* Highly valued: Jordan travel knowledge
* Confident understanding of pricing structures and financial accuracy
* A highly organised, detail-driven operator who thrives on managing many moving parts
* A proactive, warm communicator (written and verbal)
