More about the day to day
* The role involves a large client focus where you'd be expected to investigate cases at pre-litigation stage
* Collect evidence and support principal fee earners in case preparation
* You will manage a variety of complex, specialised cases related to RTA & Medical Negligence files
* Given the sensitive nature of these cases, you are expected to approach them with care, sensitivity and empathy
* Preparing and drafting a variety of legal documents
* Taking statements from witnesses
* Investigating claims
* Reviewing medical records
Have you got what it takes?
* Do you have previous experience in general or specialised personal injury law, civil litigation or come from a commercial litigation background?
* Are you seeking to make a real difference in a client facing role?
* Have you carried out first-hand experience in providing strong litigation knowledge to clients already?
* Previous experience working within personal injury is required
