Our client is seeking an experienced Service coordinator to join their office-based team in Pinner. The client is a well-established and growing HVAC Maintenance and Engineering company. They deliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services to a wide range of clients across commercial, industrial, and public sector environments.
The service Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) works across the engineering teams. You'll be ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), and the smooth delivery of maintenance services. Currently the business has over 15 full-time engineers across HVAC & M&E Engineers working London & Home Counties.
Job Requirements for Service Coordinator
* Experience within Service Coordinating/Scheduling role for building services/engineering setting
* Previously worked for FM, HVAC, M&E company
* Proficient using Microsoft excel and CAFM system for example - Digitize FM
* Familiarity with compliance standards in maintenance services (e.g., SFG20).
* Understanding of SLAs and KPIs in a service-driven environment.
* Live within commutable distance of Pinner
Salary & Benefits for Service Coordinator
1. £30,000 - £35,000k per annum
