You will be able to get additional training, and there’s no shortage of chances for career progression with all senior management starting on the shop floor.
The bonus scheme in place has current technicians getting more cars out the door, which means more money for you paid per car. There is plenty of overtime on offer with a minimum of 5 hours available for you each week. We’ve got flexibility of working hours; are you an early bird?
Here’s what you’ll need:
1. A minimum of 2 years as a Paint Technician, Paint Sprayer, or in an Automotive Paint role.
