We are working with a large, well-established Not-for-Profit organisation based in North London that is looking to appoint two Qualified Management Accountants to join its growing finance function.There are two positions available:
1 x Permanent Management Accountant
1 x 12-Month Fixed Term Contract Management Accountant
This is an excellent opportunity for a fully qualified accountant with strong Management Accounting and Finance Business Partnering experience to play a key role within a complex, purpose-driven organisation, offering a hybrid working model with 2 days per week in the office.
The RoleReporting into senior finance leadership, you will act as a key Finance Business Partner, providing high-quality financial insight to support both operational and strategic decision-making across the organisation.Key responsibilities will include:
Preparation of monthly management accounts with clear, insightful commentary
Ownership of budgeting and forecasting processes
Detailed variance analysis and performance reporting
Development of robust financial models to support planning, investment proposals and business cases
Acting as a trusted Finance Business Partner to non-finance budget holders, translating complex financial information into clear, actionable insight
Supporting strong financial controls, governance and continuous improvement initiatives
Working collaboratively across finance and the wider organisation within a large, complex structure
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will:
Be fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Have proven Management Accounting experience within a medium to large organisation
Demonstrate strong Finance Business Partnering capability
Possess excellent budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis skills
Have advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise
Be highly analytical, with strong attention to detail
Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage, influence and challenge non-finance stakeholders
Demonstrate a proven track record of working effectively across large and complex organisations
Experience within social housing or the not-for-profit sector is highly desirable, but not essential.What’s on Offer
Salary up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience
