Role: Bid and Proposals Manager Location: Mansfield Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 Shift: Monday – Friday (8.00am – 5.00pm) My client, a nationally renowned Security and Communications Company that specialise in the design, installation, service and maintenance of integrated security systems and manufacture specialist equipment is seeking an experienced and highly organised Bid and Proposals Manager to lead and manage their end to end tender and framework bid process. This is a key role within the business, supporting continued growth by producing high-quality, commercially strong bids that reflect their professional standards and technical expertise. Key Responsibilities in your new Bid and Proposals Manager role You will work closely with the Sales Director, Sales Team, and operational departments to ensure all opportunities are qualified, managed, and submitted to the highest standard and within strict deadlines.
