🚨 Exciting Opportunity | Customer Service Representative – Medical Devices | UK (Midlands/Yorkshire)
I'm currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative on behalf of a fast-growing, international medical devices company specialising in minimally invasive vascular treatment products.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, agile team with a startup mentality backed by the structure of an established business.
📍 Location: North Yorkshire (fully on-site, 8am–5pm)
đź’Ľ Contract: Full-time (a part-time afternoon role is also available aswell)
💰 Salary: £42,000–£45,000 + annual bonus + additional benefits

The Role
* End-to-end order processing (quotation to invoicing)
* Managing domestic shipments and logistics
* Delivering high standards of customer satisfaction
* Liaising with field staff and clinic contacts
* Working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Your Profile
* Based in the UK Midlands or Yorkshire
* 2+ years in order processing or customer service
* Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP/Navision a plus
* Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage
* Calm under pressure, team-oriented, and highly organised
