Fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, business-savvy EA to work directly with the Founder of a rapidly growing private equity and advisory firm. This is a launchpad role for someone entrepreneurial, sharp, and hungry to grow with a clear path toward a Chief of Staff position.

About the Role:
\nOwning a fast-paced and constantly evolving diary and inbox
\n\n
\n\t
* Acting as gatekeeper and trusted liaison to investors, partners, and portfolio companies
\n\t
* Preparing high-quality presentations, briefing docs, reports, and correspondence
\n\t
* Managing travel and logistics from end to end
\n\t
* Running and tracking key projects to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
\n\t
* Driving internal priorities and keeping the Founder focused on big-picture goals
\n\t
* Leading events planning and supporting marketing/social media initiatives
\n\t
* Helping manage a property portfolio (business side)
\n
\n\n
What We’re Looking For:
\n\n
\n\t
* 3+ years' experience supporting senior leadership (MD/Partner/C-suite)
\n\t
* Startup or boutique finance/PE/VC background ideal
\n\t
* Degree-educated or degree calibre, highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
\n\t
* Excellent communication, discretion, and ability to thrive under pressure
\n\t
* Strategic mindset with a "get-it-done" attitude
\n
