About the role
Pay Details: Grade 7 SCP 20-25 pro rata (£29,133 actual salary)
Hours of Work / Weeks per year / Working Pattern: 37 hours per week / 40 weeks per year
Main Place of Work: Dinas Powys
Description: We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, organised and experienced Office Manager to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key strategic and operational role within our school, supporting the Headteacher and governing body in the effective management of resources and services.
The Office Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the school's financial, administrative and operational functions, ensuring the efficient and effective running of the school.
The role requires a proactive and flexible individual with strong organisational, financial and interpersonal skills, who can work both independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will share our commitment to supporting the wellbeing and achievement of all pupils.
