Hours: 36.75 hours a week, 9.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and
9.00am – 4.15pm Friday.
Term time only, 39 weeks per year, which includes five inset days a year.
We are currently looking to recruit highly motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic Tutors to work in our amazing school.
On top of the base salary Quest also provides a 5% pension contribution which equates to an extra £696 per year. This makes the Quest overall package of our new starter salary to be £21,360 (excluding the sign on bonus!) Modest discretionary lump sum payments are also made from time to time

You will be working with children with autism, implementing learning and behaviour programs set by our qualified teachers and behaviour specialist using techniques based on the principles of ABA.
You will work either 1-to-1 with pupils or in small groups of pupils (typically no more than 2-3 pupils per group), ensuring the daily needs of our pupils are met in a professional, competent, safe and fun school environment.
This is a fun and rewarding hands-on role, where no two days are the same. You will need to be creative, energetic and committed to providing an excellent school experience to our pupils.
