Are you an experienced Pensions professional looking for your next step? We’re seeking a Senior DC Pensions Administrator to join an industry leading Third Party Administrator.
In this role, you’ll:
* Act as a senior point of reference for technical issues and complex cases
* Mentor, support and check the work of junior team members
* Deputise for the Team Leader when required
* Deliver excellent service to clients and scheme members, ensuring service levels are met
* Contribute to projects, process improvements and complaint handling
What we’re looking for:
* Strong experience administering occupational Pension schemes, particularly DC Pensions
* Proven ability to coach and develop colleagues
* Excellent organisational skills and accuracy in your work
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* A client- and quality-focused approach
