You will be completing quality checks on a mix of complaints around life and pension products relating to servicing issues.
Strong experience in pensions complaints and quality checking roles is a must.
What you’ll be doing:
* Responsible for reviewing the decisions made on complaints about the service received or product-related issues.
* Ensuring appropriate client outcomes are reached at all times.
* Undertake the quality checking of decisions made by complaints teams regarding the advice or service received.
* Carry out quality checks on complex complaint investigations.
* Provide relevant support and feedback to the complaints team to discuss outcomes and findings.
* Act as a point of contact for other team members to discuss complaint findings and outcomes.
What we’d like to see from your application:
* Diploma Level 4 qualified is advantageous.
* Extensive Quality Checking experience is essential.
* Strong background in end to end complaints ideally within Pensions and Investments.
* Excellent communication and coaching skills.
Location: Remote
Duration: Initial 6 month contract with opportunity to extend.
Day rate: £295 gross per day before Umbrella deductions.
