Our client, a leading property agency who have a Global footprint, is seeking a an experienced
Sales Manager
for one of their South West London offices.
You will be joining a company who are one of the market leaders in property.
In return, our client is ideally looking for you to be experienced
Sales Valuer or Sales Manager
to spearhead this office and continue its growth in South West London.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property owners, buyers, and investors.
* Guide the sales team in negotiating and closing deals
* Manage x3 Sales Negotiators
Qualifications:
* Proven track record of success in sales and team management within the real estate industry.
* Deep understanding of the Central or South West London property markets
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Strong leadership abilities, with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
