The role
We're seeking a commercially-minded Partnerships Manager to drive partner-led growth and develop scalable, revenue-generating partnerships. You won't just 'integrate' — you'll create revenue engines with our partners, adopting a go-to-market mindset at every stage.
What You'll Do
1. Own revenue targets through partnerships (resell, affiliate, co-marketing, referral models).
2. Source, negotiate, and close new partnerships aligned with Minut's strategic goals.
3. Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring ongoing value creation.
4. Develop joint go-to-market strategies to boost customer acquisition, market expansion, and product adoption.
5. Pilot new partnerships, validate success, and create scalable playbooks for growth.
6. Train and enable partner teams to effectively promote Minut’s solutions, with regular updates and sales enablement.
7. Track partner performance using CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Hubspot, Reveal, Crossbeam) to analyze data and optimize engagement.
8. Build strategic relationships with key distribution and platform partners like Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia to enhance visibility and co-marketing opportunities.
9. Represent Minut at industry events, webinars, and partner summits.
10. Gather market insights and partner feedback to inform product, marketing, and sales strategies.
11. Negotiate and manage partner agreements, ensuring mutual value and clear expectations.
What You Bring
1. At least 4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales, preferably in SaaS, PropTech, or hospitality tech.
2. Proven track record of building and scaling revenue-generating partnerships.
3. Strong commercial instincts, understanding pipeline, revenue impact, CAC/LTV, and GTM strategies.
4. Exceptional relationship-building and cross-functional influence skills.
5. Bias for action — capable of turning conversations into pilots and wins.
6. Comfort working in entrepreneurial environments, navigating ambiguity.
7. A growth mindset around partnerships: co-selling, co-marketing, reselling, and ecosystem collaboration.
8. Strong project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
9. Bonus: Experience in SaaS, PropTech, or hospitality tech is highly desirable.
