An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced non-contentious construction lawyer to join a growing team advising on high-profile UK and international projects across the infrastructure, real estate, energy, and development sectors.
The firm are seeking a senior lawyer with strong expertise in non-contentious construction matters, including:
• Drafting and negotiating construction documentation
• JCT and NEC contracts
• Development agreements, appointments, warranties, and security documents
• Advising on procurement strategy and project risk
• Supporting complex development and infrastructure transactions
The successful candidate will:
✔ Have significant PQE (4 minimum) gained at a leading law firm or in-house team
✔ Demonstrate strong technical and commercial drafting skills
✔ Be confident managing client relationships and leading transactions
✔ Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
