Are you an experienced recruiter with a passion for HR? We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Recruiter & HR professional to join our team on a 9-month maternity cover contract, with the potential to be extended.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm
This role offers hybrid working, with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week.

This is a varied role where you will play a key part in sourcing and placing skilled aviation professionals, while also supporting the wider HR team with essential people processes. Responsibilities
1. Leading the recruitment process for aviation roles – from attraction and assessment to placement.
2. Building strong networks with aviation talent, including Licensed Engineers, Mechanics and supporting roles; includes office, financial, technical etc.
3. Managing assessment days and recruitment fairs.
4. Partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and provide best-practice recruitment support.
