As a Clinical Lead/Deputy Manager, you will be supporting the registered manager with the overseeing the day-to-day operations of your team, ensuring that they have followed all Policy and Procedures. Located in a quiet residential are in Blackpool, Glenholme Bispham Gardens is for mature and older people with needs looking to achieve a relaxing lifestyle and retirement. Glenholme Bispham Gardens is a 52-bed care home with a new expansion completed in 2021.
