Salary: £24,570 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am-5pm

We are based in Wokingham, Berkshire with roles available at our head office and others based around the country.
Job Purpose
An exciting position has become available for a full time Test and Development Technician to join a friendly team mostly based in Wokingham. Occasionally visits to the offices in Bedford, Manchester and other sites will be required.
Role Responsibilities
* Setting up test rigs and conducting testing such as cycle tests, release forces, abuse, and any other adhoc testing
* Assembling and installing locks for test
* Maintaining test lab, equipment and calibration
* Working in accordance with test standards and quality procedures
* Assisting with design of test equipment and test methods
* Writing up testing reports
* Feedback test results to the design and production teams to assist product research, design and development
* Plus, any other tasks applicable to your role and experience as requested by Managers/Director
Role Requirements
* Hands on engineering background ideal
* Practical tradesman skills to fit and assemble test rigs
* Computer literate, experienced in Microsoft Office
* Organized & tidy with good attention to detail
* Proactive, driven and dynamic with a can-do attitude
* Good communication, flexibility and a team player
