About the Job: We are seeking a Handyperson to join our team in London, who specialise in building maintenance within commercial & residential properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with previous experience in the building maintenance industry and a varied knowledge of carrying out maintenance duties in a commercial or residential environment. Duties will include but not limited to: General Maintenance / Handyperson duties Blind repairs Installation of hatches Installation of carpet tiles Installation of stair nosing’s Assisting other trades and gaining skill training Building furniture Procurement of materials and equipment to carry out works. Completion of work sheets via our mobile app This is a mobile role Required qualifications and experience: A hardworking, reliable work ethic, flexible as overtime & OOH works may be required depending on client or job requirements. Previous experience in maintenance and building environments, ideally within commercial or residential sectors. A HSE understanding Full UK Driver’s License (not essential) Previous use of handheld technology / smartphone Take pride in doing everything you do to the highest standard A good communicator, who understands the importance of customer service. City and Guilds qualifications or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in the building industry Must be willing to have the company obtain a security screening certificate which will be paid for by the company. Job type: Permanent and Full Time Date: May 2025 Salary: £32,000 - £36,000 per annum We are also able to offer the option of being self employed - £16.00 - £19.00 per hour.
