To expand our core team, we're seeking a passionate (role) professional who wants to play a pivotal role in growing our business and revolutionising the private markets.


About the Role

We’re looking for acontent writer with PR experiencewho can craftenterprise-level contentthat cuts through the noise, earns trust, and drives media pickup — particularly infintech and private markets. You have4–7 years’ experiencein content creation, ideally with a background infinancial journalism, editorial work, or direct exposure toventure capital (VC) and private equity (PE). You bring insider knowledge of the industry, a strong network of journalists and editors, and the ability to amplify our brand through exceptional storytelling.

Your work builds credibility and positions brands as thought leaders, whether through in-depth articles, press releases, or strategic PR campaigns. You know how to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives that resonate with institutional investors, fund managers, and industry stakeholders. If you’ve written for enterprise audiences in fintech or private markets — or you’re eager to immerse yourself in the space — you’ll thrive in this role.


Key Responsibilities

Scale the content enginewith full ownership overPR, content, and partnership strategy, working directly with the Head of Marketing, VP Commercial, and Co-Founders.

Drivethought leadershipin private markets and institutional investing throughhigh-impact content piecesandpunctual PR launchesfollowing an account-based marketing (ABM) strategy.

Define and grow ourpartnership strategywith key players in the VC/PE ecosystem.

Build, mentor, and collaborate with a growing marketing teamandwork hand-in-hand with the commercial engine— consisting of interns, network of +6 freelancers and +10 Account Executives.

Analyse content performance across channels, producing content analytics with clear benchmarks for engagement and conversion, and using insights to refine strategy.Monitor campaign performance, derive insights, and iterate based on data.

Craft high-quality,localized content for DE, UK, LUX, and NLmarketsthat resonates with investors, fund managers, and operators.

Collaborate withProduct, Engineering, Customer Success and Operationsto support the product marketing roadmap, customer advocacy programs and service positioning.

Own and ensure brand consistency andstorytellingexcellenceacross all brand touchpoints.


What You Should Bring With You

4–7 years’ experiencein B2B marketing, editorial, or financial journalism, with direct exposure toprivate markets / VC / PEor institutional investing.

ProvenPR networkand journalistic connections in finance and investment media.

Track record of successfully executing content campaigns end-to-end acrossbrand, PR, digital, content, and field.

Experience buildingpartnership programsand thriving in a scaling company — able to move seamlessly betweenstrategic planningandhands-on execution.

Comfortablespeaking the language of capital; consulting or finance background a strong plus.

Native-level Englishwriting skills; German or French are a big plus, with Dutch and Spanish as additional advantages.

Proficient withG-Suiteand experienced in tools such as GPT, HubSpot, Notion, Asana, Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, and/or Webflow.

High ownership mentality— proactive in learning new skills and tackling challenges head-on.

Hiring Manager Interview with our Marketing Lead (30 min)to explore the role in detail and discuss your experience and your career aspirations with your future manager.

Case Interview with our Marketing Lead and a Commercial Representative (60 min), to demonstrate your way of thinking, working and communicating your output

Panel Interview with two Senior Stakeholders (60 min)to learn more about bunch and explore how you could help drive its success.

Final meeting with our Co-Founder Enrico (30 min)to discuss further learn about our vision and discuss any open questions
