Based within our Vat Hall in Bellshill, you will lead, support, and develop a high performing team responsible for preparing, managing, and delivering spirit for bottling. What you'll be doing
Leading day to day Vat Hall operations to deliver production targets efficiently and safely.
Managing, motivating, and developing the team to support high performance and engagement.
Ensuring all spirit preparation, batching, and transfer activities meet accuracy, safety, and regulatory requirements, including HMRC compliance.
Monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement across processes and working methods.
Building strong working relationships with Bottling, Wet Goods, Supply Chain, Compliance, Quality and our partner sites at Girvan and Dufftown to ensure smooth operational flow.
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, safety, and adherence to all H&S, Environmental and Customs & Excise regulations.
Completing documentation, reports, and system updates accurately and on time.
About You
Experience in a production, manufacturing, or spirit processing environment.
IOSH and COMAH training preferred, with experience leading teams through change and managing a demanding workload in a fast‑paced environment
Strong people leader with the ability to coach, motivate, and build high performing teams.
Proactive mindset with a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Confident decision‑maker with excellent problem‑solving skills.
Clear and effective communicator who works well across multiple departments.
Understanding of process operations, compliance, or HMRC controlled environments.
Committed to upholding WG&S values and delivering high standards consistently.
