Overview
Aldi UK is hiring an Assistant Store Manager - Stratford-Upon-Avon. This role supports the Store Manager in running a £multi-million store and in leading a diverse and talented team to deliver excellent customer service and store performance.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Store Manager with deliveries, placing orders, and addressing customer queries.
* Support people management and performance, including organising holiday rotas for the team.
* Help maximise sales, maintain great customer service, minimise costs, and optimise operational efficiency.
* Be prepared to step into the Store Manager’s responsibilities in their absence.
Qualifications
* Experienced people-manager
* Used to leading teams in a fast-paced, stakeholder/customer-driven environment
* Skilled in time management and boosting operational efficiency
* Motivated to consistently achieve targets

*Please note, the salary displayed is based on a 45 hours per week contract. Aldi are also able to offer 32, 36 and 40 hour contracts, and in these instances the salary offered would be pro-rated.
