About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer / Account Manager / Recruitment Consultant to join our interim recruitment team, working on high‑level/senior interim appointments within IT and digital transformation. You will start with anchor clients and fillable roles, earning bonuses from day one, and then grow your own desk through sales activity with minimal pressure.
Responsibilities
* Recruit high‑level and senior interim talent for IT and digital transformation programmes.
* Manage anchor clients and fillable vacancies, supporting clients from core projects to entire delivery teams.
* Utilise supplied live and fillable vacancies to achieve bonus targets.
* Develop your own client portfolio over time while maintaining the supportive team environment.
Qualifications
* At least two years’ experience in recruitment.
* Broad understanding of roles required in large organisations’ IT and digital transformation initiatives.
* Account‑management focus with strong client‑service skills.
