About You
Are you a Senior Care Assistant considering your next career step? Do you want to develop your skills, knowledge, and earning potential?
HC-One offers a Trainee Nursing Assistant role with a comprehensive development program designed to upskill Senior Care Assistants, enabling you to take on more responsibility and develop clinical skills such as administering medicines, wound care, and catheter care under supervision.
Upon completing the program, you will receive a salary increase.
Qualifications for the development program include:
1. Level 3 Diploma S/NVQ in Adult Care (or working towards)
2. At least 2 years’ experience in Health & Social Care as a Senior Carer or similar leadership role, especially involving medication administration and shift leadership
3. Understanding of person-led care planning and relevant legislative/regulatory requirements
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training and undertake additional role-specific training. You should be able to seek advice and escalate concerns appropriately.
