Pro4orm People Ltd have partnered with a global medical devices company in the search of a Clinical Development Specialist. This is a customer facing role working with KOLs and advocates.
The territory for this role is London and the South East, with overnight requirements for local and national events.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a clinical voice for business unit objectives and goals related to continence product usage and new patient referrals.
* Support the territory sales manager in securing formulary status in hospitals and ICB/PCN community localities.
* Teaching and team working, act as a role model of expert clinical practice.
* Promote and develop our clients profile within the incontinence marketplace by attending key conferences and events.
* Generate audits and patient list reviews, to help ensure that patients are using the most appropriate products in line with local HCP/Procurement guidance.
* Support Global KOL initiatives, build and develop relations with KOLs (key opinion leaders) and advocates within the Continence marketplace.
* Run and support HCP and user advisory boards, working closely with the insight specialist, and global marketing.
Requirements
* Nursing Degree or equivalent qualification/experience
* Registered General Nurse, would consider Pharmacist with MedTech experience
* Both hospital and community experience
* Specialist knowledge of Intermittent Catheters, Desirable evidence of Continence Training (Continence Assessment, Intermittent Catheterisation)
* Experience of delivering training and education
* Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and report writing
