What you'll be doing
No two days look the same! You will:Coordinate and organise key meetings, including STAR EMT, Committees and Board sessionsTake minutes with accuracy and confidenceManage executive diaries and support senior managers with high‐quality adminOversee reports, statutory returns, invoice processing and purchase ordersAct as a key point of contact for internal teams, external partners and visitorsSupport events, projects and corporate initiatives across the organisationAdminister STAR and CDL SharePoint and website contentProvide ad‐hoc support to HR, Governance and wider teamsHandle confidential information with professionalism at all times

Someone who is:Highly organised, efficient and detail‐drivenConfident communicating with senior managers and external stakeholdersAble to multitask across fast‐moving prioritiesA proactive problem‐solver who loves improving processesComfortable working in a busy office environment five days a week
