Are you an organised and proactive administrator with a passion for helping others? Join our team in Lisburn as a CECS Administrator and play a vital role in supporting healthcare services and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
 1. General admin and telephone duties
 2. Liaising with professional staff (e.g. Occupational Therapists, District Nurses, Physiotherapists) to ensure system information is accurate and up to date
 3. Scheduling deliveries of equipment and continence pads
 4. Engaging with members of the public at the counter and via telephone
 5. Preparing Equipment Collection Dockets and coordinating the uplift and return of CECS equipment
 6. Proactively ensuring equipment is returned and credited
 7. Completing daily paperwork including filing, delivery and collection notes
 8. Investigating and resolving customer queries efficiently
 9. Supporting CECS administrative processes using patient administration and order processing systems
What You’ll Need:
 10. 12 months’ relevant experience in customer service, purchasing, or logistics
 11. 5 GCSEs including English & Maths (Grades A*–C) or equivalent
 12. 1 year’s experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
