Job title: Principal Board Partner/ Executive
Contract: Interim 6-month FTC, with potential for an extension
Hybrid Working: minimum of 2 days per week in the office
Salary £50'000
Position purpose:
Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors and its committees, serving as the primary contact for the Board and associated committees (Executive, Nominating, Finance).
Functions & Duties:
Administrative support and primary contact for the Board of Directors and associated committees as follows:
* Organise and engineer meetings and events and contracts
* Create meeting(s) timeline, prepare and distribute meeting notification, correspondence, and agenda materials
* Attend board and committee meetings
* Establish working relationship with the Board of Directors and sub-committee chairs in verbal, written, and electronic correspondence
* Maintain, as needed, both mailing & public relations lists of board and committees, including website updates
* Monitor board budget
* Create mailings, newsletters, and other materials for the board committee members
* Mail, track, and follow up on the annual conflict of interest disclosure and create report for Executive Committee review
Briefing:
* Interim position for 6 months support.
* Need someone with a good background and knowledge of working with Senior Leadership Team, Boards and Sub Committees.
* New function so need someone who can review and set up the function to ensure the needs of these stakeholders are met effectively.
* Must be able to oversee and organise agendas, papers, support for meetings etc and build good working relationships with stakeholders.
* Will need to be able to manage a small team and be prepared to steer performance.
