With a keen eye for detail, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality pastry and dessert offering. This includes luxury afternoon tea, refined restaurant desserts, seasonal creations, and banqueting menus, all executed to the highest standards.
Requirements:
* A strong command of the English language, both written and spoken
* NVQ Level 1 & 2 (or equivalent)
* A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
* A genuine passion for pastry and a desire to learn and grow
