ABC Teachers is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to work full-time at an SEN School in Coventry on a full time basis.

* Working alongside a class teacher and a team of experienced support staff to assist with the general day-to-day running of the classrooms.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Behaviour Support Assistant you will:
* Have previous experience working with children and young people with a range of special educational needs, such as learning difficulties, autism and looked after children.
* Suitable qualifications such as Youth Work, Health and Social Care or Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools are desired but not essential.
* Have strong communications skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with students
* Able to obtain suitable references and a DBS check.
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* 2 years experience working with children with SEN
