Location: Remote (UK residents only)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Overall Purpose of Job
Seeking a dedicated Third Party Risk Management and Supplier Manager to enhance our TPRM framework and organizational capability in compliance and third-party management.
Key Accountabilities
* Support strategic vision and development of the P&P function.
* Monitor market trends related to TPRM and identify innovations.
* Promote a culture of value from partnering with P&P.
* Manage challenges related to TPRM assurance outcomes.
* Develop skills within the BRM group and budget holders to improve TPRM.
* Contribute to operational plans to develop the function.
* Support senior managers on key projects.
* Assist with lower-value sourcing activities for compliance.
* Build BRM capability to manage risk and enhance performance.
* Ensure compliance of material outsource and strategic suppliers.
* Understand and perform due diligence on sub-outsourcing.
* Optimize contracts through TPRM best practices.
* Conduct clinics and communications to improve TPRM compliance.
* Support TPRM execution and serve as primary contact for TPRM queries.
* Maintain a comprehensive third-party risk management framework.
* Develop tools and templates for TPRM activities.
* Review assurance reports, identify gaps, and support remediation.
* Perform quality assurance on TPRM activities.
* Prepare TPRM content for cost optimization meetings.
* Manage procurement activities related to sourcing and TPRM records.
Experience, Knowledge, Skills
* Experience in third-party risk management within Financial Services.
* Support in sourcing activity delivery.
* Knowledge of contractual and commercial terms.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Understanding of financial regulation requirements.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, including with senior management.
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Qualifications
* Degree preferred.
