Roles and Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver exciting and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework Act as a keyperson, building strong relationships with children and their families Observe, assess, and track each child’s progress, identifying next steps for learning and development Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment at all times Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality learning experiences for every child Demonstrate a sound understanding of safeguarding, equality, and diversity in the early years Requirements: A Level 3 Early Years and Childcare qualification (or equivalent) Experience working with children in an early years or nursery setting A caring, confident, and proactive approach to supporting children’s development A genuine passion for early years education and helping children thrive The salary for this position will vary depending on experience.
