Job Description: Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Commercial Property Solicitor on behalf of our Northampton-based client.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join a busy, legally recognized team, based at their Kettering office.
The firm is well established and expanding, offering numerous opportunities for growth and progression.
Experience Required:
Individuals with 0 to 3 years PQE will be considered.
You will have the opportunity to work independently, manage your own caseload, and have direct client contact from start to finish.
You will benefit from guidance and support from the wider Commercial Property team, including 6 Partners.

Scope of work: You’ll work on various property matters, including but not limited to:
Leases
Freehold property
Agricultural property
Acting for SIPPs/SASSs, corporates, individuals
Dealing with commercial lenders
Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements, and Overage
And other aspects of commercial property work.
