Job Title: Product Delivery Lead
Contract: Full time, permanent,, 35 hours per week
Salary: £69,800-£93,350 per annum
Location: Cambridge, Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office)

We are looking for a Product Delivery Lead to enable our team of Product Owners develop and deliver world-class products in an increasingly competitive English Language testing market. IELTS is the global leader in English Language assessment. This role is ideal for a candidate looking to make an impact in a rapidly changing global market.
About The Role
The focus of the role is execution and excellence in delivery in order to meet the needs of our customers. That means coaching the team in product management best practice as well as creating a culture of continuous learning to enable them to do their best work. The role involves setting clear objectives, ensuring alignment to the overall business goals and guiding the team to deliver them in a complex stakeholder environment.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Product Leader with a strong product management experience developed in an assessment, learning or education technology context.
You will have a strong track record in overseeing end-to-end delivery to ensure that customer problems are well understood and solutions align with business objectives.
You will have a strong business and strategic brain able to shape as well as deliver the goals of the Product Strategy. It will involve working across a complex stakeholder environment including engineering and design as well as third parties. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
You will have a strong track record in identifying and removing blockers in order to speed up workflows and drive innovations like the introduction of new approaches and technologies to deliver change.
Critically you will have strong communication skills to inspire the team, champion the products and gain the support of a broader group of stakeholders as well as board members to support the strategy.
