The Role
Based in our central Bristol office, you'll focus on permanent placements across all levels of infrastructure positions, from mid-level engineers to senior architects. You'll work with organizations ranging from Bristol's thriving tech startups to major enterprises across the South West, placing professionals in roles such as:
1. Infrastructure Engineers (Cloud, Network, Systems)
2. Network Architects
3. Systems Architects
4. Infrastructure Analysts
5. Security Engineers
6. Platform Engineers

9. Technical Support Analysts

Key Responsibilities
Working with our established client base in Bristol and the South West, while developing new business opportunities, you'll be responsible for:
12. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent IT infrastructure positions
13. Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and technical leaders
14. Identifying and securing new business opportunities through proactive business development
15. Conducting technical screening and understanding infrastructure requirements

Requirements
17. Proven experience in IT recruitment, particularly within infrastructure roles
18. Demonstrated business development capabilities and ability to understand technical requirements
