What will you do around here?
* Working with one client at a time to get deeply embedded in their culture both socially and professionally
* Partner with top‑tier senior stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent practice
* Host hiring events and manage end‑to‑end recruitment projects
* Maintain an excellent candidate experience throughout all stages of the recruitment process, including confidently offering and closing
* Partner with technical sourcers to ensure a diverse pipeline of top‑tier technical talent
We’d love to chat with you if you have:
* 4+ years of technical recruitment experience, in a fast‑paced environment
* Ideally 1+ year of in‑house recruitment experience
* Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior stakeholders
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders
* Exceptional organizational skills and are detail‑orientated
