Are you a Customer Service Advisor looking to join a stable, well-established Lighting company who pride themselves on looking after staff in a role offering full training on an exciting project range, ongoing progression and a bonus to increase your earnings?
This company are a leader in LED lighting who provide their products into the commercial industry globally, and have been doing so for over 18 years. Due to a coworker moving on they are looking for a new Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team.
This varied role will see you be one of the first port of calls for all customer enquiries via all channels into the business, as you work in a tight-knit office team and support the account manager through upselling and providing basic product support. You will also handle complaints and provide solutions to ensure smooth process and operation of the department as you work in office Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
This role would suit a candidate with a strong Customer Service background who is looking for stability in a Monday to Friday position, the opportunity to wear many different hats and make a difference in a company who have exciting goals of ongoing expansion.
