We’re looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to take the reins at one of our flagship, large-scale coastal assets – a true landmark in our portfolio. What You’ll Do
* Lead the day-to-day management of all facilities operations across the site.
* Drive excellence in safety, compliance, maintenance, and presentation standards.
* Manage budgets, contractors, and resources effectively.
* Play a key role in the delivery of capital projects and operational improvements.
* Serve as Duty Manager on a rotational basis (1 in 6 weekends).

* Proven track record in facilities or estates management in a large, complex environment.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage teams and stakeholders.
* Commercial awareness and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
* Ability to thrive in a busy, multi-faceted operation.
