Your Impact: What Youll Do
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and effective learning experience for our students, especially those with autism and challenging behaviours. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing individual and group support tailored to student needs.
Assisting teachers in planning, preparing, and implementing engaging lesson plans .
Implementing effective behaviour management strategies and de:escalation techniques with a calm and understanding approach.
Monitoring student progress diligently and providing valuable feedback to teachers.

Collaborating with parents and other school staff to ensure holistic support for student learning and well:being.
Maintaining accurate records of student progress and behaviour to inform interventions.
