Since 1971, Catholic Charities’ Crozier House has provided a structured and effective residential substance abuse treatment program for individuals aged 18 years and older. Our program is designed for men who are ready to commit themselves to a daily program of sobriety, accept the discipline of a structured community, and cooperate with others and staff while preparing themselves for sober housing or independent living. We are seeking a Case Manager to join our team!
This individual will provide counseling, both individually and in group settings, and will be responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of treatment planning and educational programs within Crozier House.
Requirements include a valid and current driver’s license, a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor (CADC) certification, which is strongly suggested at the time of hire or must be in the process of attaining CADC within the first year of hire, or Licensed Alcohol Drug Counselor (LADC) Level II. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience dealing with Substance Abuse and Addiction at the ASAM 3.1 level of care is required. Experience in the use of the 12-core functions of the Substance Abuse Counselor is also necessary.
